Saw this posted in THE forbidden Covid-19 thread. Interesting read for sure.

Integrative considerations during the Covid-19 pandemic
"Stress management: Psychological stress disrupts immune regulation and is specifically associated with increased pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6.5 Acute stress in mice increases IL-1B via NLRP3 inflammasome activation.6 Various mindfulness techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, guided imagery, etc. reduce stress, reduce activated NFkB, may reduce CRP and do not appear to increase inflammatory cytokines."
"Zinc: Coronavirus appear to be susceptible to the viral inhibitory actions of zinc. Zinc may prevent coronavirus entry into cells8 and appears to reduce coronavirus virulence.9 Typical daily dosing of zinc is 15 mg–30 mg daily with lozenges potentially providing direct protective effects in the upper respiratory tract."
"dihydroquercetin 14 and quercetin 15 found in onions and apples. Of note, quercetin also functions as a zinc ionophore, chelating zinc and transporting it into the cell cytoplasm.16 This could, theoretically, enhance the anti-viral actions of zinc."
"Vitamin C: Like flavonoids, ascorbic acid inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation.22 Clinical trials have found that vitamin C shortens the frequency, duration and severity of the common cold and the incidence of pneumonia.23 Typical daily dosing of vitamin C ranges from 500 mg to 3000 mg daily with even higher doses utilized during times of acute infection."
Chloroquine is a zinc ionophore from 2014.
I posted this in the original Covid thread.

Not sure what you think vindicates you. Everyone knows vitamin C is good for the immune system and stress is bad. He zinc/chloroquine theory is just that, a theory as the paper says. Investigation has demonstrated it doesn’t have any clinical significance.

Oh, I don't know koods. I've been going on about this stuff and have been called an idiot.
And investigators have found HCQ to be effective.
https://hcqtrial.com/
"The treatment group has a 69.9% lower death rate."
I don't know what you think to be significant, but damn near 70% is pretty fucking significant to me.

All of which is being proven otherwise. Election fraud is being investigated and found. Covid has a 99% survival rate, there's little to debate about this. And mask? That's a good one, considering how many states have state wide mask mandates and are still seeing cases surging. And you're telling me I'm supposed to believe cloth mask work and preventing influenza like illness viral transmission?

Ok.
What makes you correct?
Why do you ignore evidence of fraud?
What makes you believe Rona is any more lethal than influenza?
Why are cities with mask mandates seeing cases rise? L.A. is going into another stay at home order, only essential business.
Or protest.
It's easy to live in denial. No need to look into any facts, just deny, deny, deny and follow along with the other sheep being led along by papa Fauci.
Funny, Fauci says children should be in school when Rand Paul was telling him that months ago.
It's difficult to admit when you're wrong. Especially when so much has been invested into a narrative.

Evidence Evidence Wi-Fi needed to sync new voting machines
Math? Please, explain.
Population density?

What does that have to do with mask preventing transmission? If people are wearing mask in these dense areas, shouldn't case numbers be being suppressed?
I haven't looked at Florida in a while. Off my game lately.

None of that is evidence. Division, yes. Masks reduce transmission. They don't prevent it.

North Dakota and South Dakota had been on a twin trajectory until the last week, when things started to improve in North Dakota, while South Dakota is a fucking travesty with a death rate 6x higher than the national average. North Dakota mandated masks two weeks ago.

there is no meaningful evidence of large scale election fraud, none that I've seen. Masks use reduces spread, it won't eliminate it. And 1% death rate is pretty damn substantial, nice try though

The only thing you prove anytime you post links is that you have no ability to comprehend or analyze research.
That study does not say or even suggest anything about masks not protecting the wearer. All it measured was how often this group of people who were recommended to wear masks by the researchers got sick compared to those who did not receive a mask recommendation from the researchers. They didn't even objectively measure if those in the mask group were actually wearing them, or if members of the group that wasn't given a mask recommendation were actually wearing masks (they were never told not to wear masks, because that would be unethical based upon the mountains of data of their efficacy).
Everyone in the study including the no-mask group was also encouraged to socially distance, which is obviously the most effective measure.
Quote:
Limitation: Inconclusive results, missing data, variable adherence, patient-reported findings on home tests, no blinding, and no assessment of whether masks could decrease disease transmission from mask wearers to others.
