PF Jar Lids, Sterile Technique, Many Questions

Truly appreciate all the help I'm getting!
I PCed BRF jars 24 hours ago. Had some unexpected business arise, and was looking forward to inoculating all day.
When I went to use a gifted spore syringe, it appeared the sooty needle was already used. Flame sterilized and shrugged it off.
I bent this needle, slowly backed out of SAB, sanitized and put a replacement- used needle on. Flamed til red hot and tried again. Needle bent.
Questions are as follows:
Not familiar with what goes into making a syringe up, do people use needles more than once? When I attached the second needle, did I break sterility?
If I used a smaller gauge needle, will the solution make it in alright?
I spend a good hour getting ready to inoculate. I'm willing to take another shower and re-suit up, so any chance I can crack the lids and still inoculate? Verm layer is intact.
Moving on- can I save these jars until this is sorted out? I gotta nail a larger hole in the lids I guess. Can I freeze the substrate and rePC?
These jars were used plenty of times, not sure if the PC warped the holes or if it's because I used rubber side up?
Any advice, info, I know these are dumb questions.

I have personally reused syringes multiple times. So the black needle is fine as long as you flame sterilized it prior to use and between jars... that’s assuming the syringe was properly sterilized before it was filled with a contam free (most syringes aren’t 100% contam free as it’s pretty difficult for an amateur to achieve) spore solution.
Removing the first needle would open you up to contamination possibilities, hopefully you did your best utilizing your SAB for this.
The solution will make it through any size needle. As long as you can push the plunger, spores will come out with the water. More than you could imagine really.
If it were me, I would just start over if I had the materials. There are just so many things that opened you up to contamination... but I still consider myself new here with around 10-15 successful(mostly) grows under my belt. So hopefully somebody else wi to more knowledge will weigh in and let you know if there is a way to save your progress thus far.
Best of luck to you friend
