Dang A.k.a What did you have to do to that poor thing to get it to bruise? I couldn't even find bruised pictures of shredded clone material. The myc bruises, but the fruits are tough.

Grain was prepped a little dry so it's starting to recolonize. Hoping they aren't too bacterial

No fruit bruising but I shook some grain last night, which I hardly ever do, but had a wild hair lol. These were two different sets of genetics, both subtropicalis.

The ones on the left are from fungus gnat. What really got me about this is the mycelium was thin, light and wimpy looking compared to the one on the right. The one on the right looked very strong and aggressive

I got them from ReverendMyc about a year ago. I don't know the lineage other than that, but they were pretty quick to fruit. I got a decent harvest around a month after spawning and they were sporulating by that point.

Those would be from Melgo, then. And I get that super blue grain after shaking at full colonization, too.

Pretty crazy because the one on the right is from alaska Appalachian and I know melgo got his from him. 😂 mycelium so different between the two. Crazy how different the isolations have become.
