Thanks, I Haven’t been excited about something germinating in forever.
I kept thinking my swabs were only “a few months” but I went back and checked and they’re closing in on a year already.

Substrate of Coir/Vermiculite. Supplement of Gypsum/Coffee/Oat Bran 15L tub Let it colonized for two weeks. once fully colonized, case with 3mm of vermiculite and heavy mist according to nosf3r4tu advice.
6 days after I saw primordia and 2 days after I saw first fruits.

Yeah that’s a great tub. Nice caps and I love the fat stem on that one that’s fallen over. I’d be cloning it trying to breed monster semps. What a long long process locating and stabilizing a pheno would be with these.

Very nice El Capitan! Were those in a dub tub or what did you fruit them in? Looks like they got lots of FAE and opened up nicely for you. My small dub tray were pretty spaghetti-esque.

Yeah, I’m using a dub tub for the growing.
In the beginning I just shut the lid down with a small space for airflow. When fruits got higher I added another tub on top instead of the lid.
FAE x 3 per day for about 30-40 secs

They do take a long time to mature, peeled the bag a bit away for some more fae.
Another bag with totally different fruits

This pretty much sums up how I run bags for semps. Same for cubes but I use more water and a thicker top layer

Gorgeous results as always. Interesting you run these wetter than cubes sub wise. My tub I ran with a wetter sub (around the field capacity I'd do cubes) is weeks behind with shorter squat fruits. My slightly drier tubs performed better. Clearly yours are happy af though!
