Anybody else seen an enigma type mutation with these yet? I have it in this tub and Iโm fucking pumped because I just picked my name Eniqma and I feel like the mushies get me ya know? Lol I might be obsessing a bit, but check this out This was an invitro pin that I cloned because it seemed slightly mutant, had a weird shape I donโt have a pic of the donor tho

Well, my cakes never finished so I oversterilized some coir to pour on top in hopes it'll help hydrate it enough to help it recover enough to colonize the brf so I can start adding water and hopefully get some fruits to clone.

It works. Spray the stalled cake, top with coir and put a lid on it. I like using the bottom of Petri dishes. They fit well over wide mouth jars and you can see the coir.

CF line continues to push out some large beautiful fruits:

I have another wild Xico culture pinning, but they are not in any hurry to grow.
Tao, nice semper-chia pet!

Nice job ekab!
Vera Cruz subtrop t1 is looking real good, excited to get this guy to grain.

Got a couple more selections that donโt look quite as nice but another transfer should clean that up I think.

My meager bag of subtropicalis compared to some of the grows here! 2 micron filter patch bag, no extra FAE, 3+ months after spawning to bulk.

Is subtropicalis semperviva the same as subtropicalis hoogshagenii convexa?

Psilocybe subtropicalis "Semperviva" and Psilocybe hoogshagenii are separate.

Yeah but Ps subtropicalis was originally thought to be, iirc, Ps hoogshagenii var convexa, (ie, without the nipple), and then the name 'semperviva' was thrown around as well, we call Ps subtropicalis 'semps' because of that.
