I missed this question before. This is f2 from an isolation I am working. I made 0.5g gummies from f1 that are rockin. Have not tried these straight yet.
They are from the faster "Melgo" line. I have a theory about slowing them down but don't even know if we can confirm fast vs slow or if slow => more potent. Maybe it is all confirmation bias and pattern hyper-recognition. Drugs man.

I've got an SW jar that's been sitting with primordia since May. I'm thinking I'm going to have to do the same. There's another jar of Zapotecorum Barrerae doing the exact same thing only the primordia disappear from time to time lol.

The same genetics on coir only substrate - short and thin:

And the same on coir + straw + manure - short but thick:

As you see it depends a lot on substrate nutrition!
Excellent observation!

Waiting on more bags at a little over a month. Have that gut feeling these will green out like my last bags. I'm getting destroyed by these lately.

I asked about this earlier in the thread and it seems like 3 to 7 days is a pretty standard germination timeframe.

Do you put your tubs directly into the fruiting chambers after spawning or do you wait till after you case them?

Had an Ape plate sit around for weeks with a pool of spore solution on it, and nothing happened, so I decided I wasn't gonna fuck around trying to germ these on agar, made some cakes last week. Came back from my hunting trip to find em germinating and I'm geeked! What's the best way to go about getting these to agar? Transfer some with tweezers or just wait for pins to clone?

My first Semps took 6 weeks to germinate. Fresh prints from that took about 10 days. If that print doesn't work out for you let me know.

Thanks for the heads up on the time frame. I shook the shit out of my syringe so hopefully I have similar results.
