Lol I took a break for a while. This is my first grow in ~6 months. I have a few things in the works though, so hopefully I'll have more to show soon.

What to do with 20 pints of spawn.. used 13 here with 2 bricks of pasteurized coir and some vermiculite. As this tote wasn't doing much.. trying P9 tek here, as I haven't been lucky with EZ dials. Got new coir, not the cheap stuff.. so hope this will end my failures from the past 6 months
120 quart tote.. fingers crossed.

Fantastic. I truly believe some psilocybes have a beneficial relationship with grass growing in the soil. I would imagine the fine rhizomorphic nature of the grass roots would par up nicely with the mycelium networks that are adapted to these types of environments. The mycelium provides co2 to the grass, and the grass provides oxygen to the mycelium network, ensuring the mycelium is kept in an areobic conditions below the soil line. Plus, the grass roots will uptake the urea excreted from the mycelium, adjusting the ph and creating a microclimate for benifical nitrating bacterial. Also, the grass provides a nice humid microclimate for fruiting.

Yes. I have cultivated the jalisco mexicana, galindoi Alt#7 and the semperviva indoors with grass growing in my containers. One year I buriied galindoi spawn and truffles in my yard close to a roll of pine trees. The galindois are on there 4th year. I live in north east Kentucky and the galindois survive the winters under ground. url=https://files.shroomery.org/files/23-27/847330198-20211001_182252.jpg] [/url]

Are these Alt#7? I really thought them to be pans too, before I read the whole message, cool. Looks wholesome!
So do you say growing semps alongside some grass indoors works nice? Was it quick genetics?
