56qt for those, I also do some I think 30qt but they’re newer additions for other things. Depth is maybe 2-2.5in, 50/50 manure/coir, though lately I’ve been doing more like 25/75 manure/coir. Generally speaking it’s on drier side but no drier than any other manure substrate I prep for others. All coir substrates tend to be a bit wetter, but I haven’t done all coir without these.

Thanks! That's super helpful. I've added it to my collected notes under the "Teks used" section, too.
I spawned a shoebox today, and will likely use the remaining 4 liters/quarts on a 30L unmodified grow of all coir. Cross your fingers for me!
Next time, I may try doing the corncob pellet/coir mix I've been using for nats and cubes and see how that performs

Well grabbed my early subtropic off a slant. Got my worked print back from a kind member and a better print.
Currently trying to replicate my first and best grow, but looks like 2 pins per container. This rocky subtropic is getting das boot.

I've got Melgo print cultures on grain and ready to spawn, and I'll definitely be trying for prints to share!

Unfortunately I am. I'll PM you as soon as I have prints. I'm waiting on a second flush, but where my bucket is temperatures are below 18°C atm, and it doesn't want to start.

Thanks Melgo! You are too kind really! But The Tao hit me up about a Semp print he had, so you don't extra have to hit me up again ;-) Hope someone else can get that print so the Semp-love is going to be spread even wider
Will continue my Semp LAGM23 grow with the new print. My other semp print was unrecoverable sadly so I had to stop. But A new hope has arrived xD

Final MS tub nearing completion. This one took much longer to pin than the others, estimate 2.5-3 weeks to pins from casing, previous ones were quicker. Tubs I cloned from took I think 7-10days if I remember correctly. Debating whether or not I want to take a clone from this as well and compare the two considering the speed differential.
First round of clones were cased yesterday, 4 tubs in total, 2 of which had already showed some pins before I cased. Considering the cloned sample took longer to pin I thought this was interesting. These pins are showing now through casing a day later, 8-9days since the tub was spawned..

Regardless curious to see how these clones perform as I was already rather satisfied with the MS runs.

Got a bit cold here at the attic.. 17 celcius.. was already wondering why everything seemed to 'not move'. (Apart form the jars colonizing at ambient temperatures). Bummer..

This went a long way to help me get some confidence in my semp/subtrop spawn jars. Not sure mine are in the clear, but at least I presently think better of them.
Thanks.

... took 2gr of subtropicalis, acidified tea. Started on my voyage at 9.00.. and returned at 12.00. It was incredibly intense, lvl 5 no doubt. Was a spiritual journey and made a deep impact. Catching my breath now.
