Nasturtium, it has a flavour similar to watercress. The flowers are much sweeter than the leaves.

Have been in the process of moving, half the way through a 2 week motel stay. On the 1st we have an air bnb house with a kitchen. Really can't explain how tired of takeout food we are. Have had 1 home cooked meal in about 2 weeks, I feel like I have been breaded and fried and overly salted.
Starting my first kitchen job today, pretty excited to get some professional experience and learn.
I'm in a cold climate now so definitely making and soup and other things asap. Really ready to busy out my cocktail toolkit and make something other than rye and ginger ale.
That rolled pork and Cajun action looks delicious.

God I love food and cooking in general. I'll be posting pics soon. I think it's be awesome for people in the thread to post the ingredients before cooking too so we can replicate each other's recipes. I'd love a good pad Thai recipe w/ ingredients

Orange ginger teriyaki salmon with miso broth rice, sautéed spinach with mushrooms, carrots and red bell pepper with a soy sauce
And an impervised shrimp wonton/egg roll. Put a bit of garlic with onion, red bell pepper, and parsley with a little soy sauce in the cream cheese.
Small town Midwest doesn't quite have what I'm used to having available after 15 years in socal.
Hopefully I'm in my new home mid January and can unpack kitchen things ect. Cooking in not your kitchen is funky.

Cooked this up the other night, rigatoni with mussels and peas in white wine cream sauce, garnished with chive blossoms from the backyard.
