oh I also want to know that if I want to dry them using epsom salt what can I do that they don't touch or come in contact with my mushrooms when I'm placing both in one container?
Is it ok if I wrapped them with cling film?

I don't think epsom salt will do much. desiccant drying mushrooms can be messy and ineffective and that's without the extra complication of drying out powder rather than whole fruits. If you wrap with clingfilm, how would the moisture get out?
Someone above suggested putting it in a paper bag in the dehydrator, or on top of a radiator. That's probably thebbest option if you want to dry them.

Maybe try thinking about it this way: if you leave a cookie or cracker out on the counter for a day, what happens to it? It goes soft, right? That's because it is absorbing moisture from the air.
Trying to dry shrooms at room temperature (like between two paper towels) won't do much, because they can't get any drier than the air in the room, and that's not dry enough to store food.
Thats why we dry them to cracker-snap dry, then store in an airtight container, preferably with a silica packet so that any moisture in the air in the jar, doesn't get absorbed by the shrooms.
As for food getting wet in the freezer, I'm not sure about that, tbh I dont think I've ever stored dry food in the freezer. However it shouldn't be a problem if the food is wrapped properly. Perhaps you are thinking of:
A) freezer burn, where moisture gets into poorly wrapped food and ice crystals form on it.
B) condensation, which might form inside the bag if you open it when it's still very cold. The warmer outside air rushes in to displace the cold air, and condensation forms on the cold inner surface of the bag. I have frozen cakes (the vanilla sort) and when thawing tjem, so long as they come up to room temp before I unwrap them, they don't go soggy.

sorry but I wanted to dry them today in the oven but Zamnesia said we don't recommend drying anything in the oven, maybe cos they thought I'm going to fully dry them again!
But is it ok if I just put them in my oven just for a couple of minutes maybe even 1 minutes just to little bit get that wetness out of them? Is that ok and enough time especially if I want to store them for at least another couple of months again or will they cook instead of getting dry?
Also, I want to know what if I dry them on my radiator? but I don't know what is the temperature for that or how hot is it especially in low degrees, It might be hotter than 50 C? does anyone know?
Besides, is it ok if I leave them without put their containers lid on (which I have to also somehow) otherwise how can let the water get evaporated? but are they not going to get more moisture this way while they are on my radiator?

Probably one of the worst places to get info from. Thost dolts can't even get a grow kit right.
This thread is a wreck. Drying mushrooms isn't this hard. Use the search.

so is it ok if I re-dry them just to get that little bit of wetness out of them in my oven or if not on my radiator, Can you also answer my other questions too for my last comment?

You need to dry them to cracker dry. You don't just get the little bit of wet out you get all the wet out.

Also, I want to know what if I dry them on my radiator? but I don't know what are the temperatures for them or how hot they are especially in low degrees,(and I don't think it has been written on them It might be hotter than 50 C? does anyone know?
Beside, is it ok if I leave them without put their containers lid on (which I have to also somehow) otherwise how can let the water get evaporated? but are they not going to get more moisture this way while they are on my radiator? But are they also going to loss any potency if I re-dry them?
Also, is dried Epsom salt a good desiccant as well for doing that? cos I heard from so many people that is not as effective as silica gel!
Also is it ok if they come in touch with my mushrooms and if not how can I prevent this from happening? (can I not wrape them with ciling film and then placed them inside my container or their zip locked bag? can they still work this way?
I was also thinking what if I never open their zip from now instead so that not any moisture or further air get in them until I actually want to use them! so that this way I might no longer even need to dry them again as they might also lose some of their potency since they once went through drying process before and if I re-dry them again?

OP what is your obsession with Epsom salts?! Put them in your bath!
For drying shrooms you need low, dry heat. If you leave damp mushrooms in a baggie, they will go off very quickly if they haven't already.
