The first image is the setup I’d rather do with two shelves on the porch but lacking real insulation it might be hard to maintain enough humidity.
The second is the setup I could fit into the garage without obstructing too much. I could try the two shelf setup in the garage but the floor is slanted around 3 feet in from the side to help with drainage and I don’t know if the shelves not being level would cause problems
I know with the two shelf system I’d have to fix the nozzles to the pvc gable to give enough space between the nozzles and mushrooms. Do you think I’d need to add extra flappers on opposite sides to allow for easier distribution of fresh air? Or would running the outlet fan for a little longer suffice?
The only way those flappers work is if you have a totally sealed room. They create a suction in the room and the flapper opens because where the flapper is is the only way for it to get air. If you don't have a sealed room the flapper will stay closed. Because it will just pull the air from someplace like under a door.

As far as the floor being unlevel you could buy galvanized pipe and slide it over the shelving legs to level the shelving. Or just build shelving from pressure treated 2x4's

Oh yeah I hadn’t even thought of putting something under the legs
It just occurred to me that there aren’t really any readily available adhesives that work on polyethylene. Might just need to scrap the metal base to make the shelves out of lumber. That way I could just staple the poly up

Yea pressure-treated lumber might be a better choice. I would make them 2' wide so your bags will fit properly. I am still not clear of the size of the room but anyway I hope you get it figured out and If you need any help just hit me up I will do what I can to help you.

It’s not a room, just some shelves wrapped in poly sheeting with a 3 foot walkway in between lol. I just wanted to put it in the corner of my garage to help minimize the temp swings since it wouldn’t have real insulation like a shed or something like that. I’ll probably just put it on my porch though since I doubt I’ll get it all put together before the end of December. I don’t think I’ll really need to worry about insulation after February anyways since I’m running mostly oysters
Thanks for being so patient
