Seizure-like experience from cannabis

Hey all, first time posting here. I'm sorry to not post something more introductory first I'm just a bit unsettled by the following and wanted to get some more experienced psychonaut's perspectives on this.
tl;dr version - about 5 years ago I did some advanced kundalini yoga type practices daily for 6 months. As a result of that I can feel 'energy' in my body non-stop. It's hard to explain but it's like feeling electric currents moving through the body that tend to cluster around certain points in the body (i.e. chakras). I haven't experienced any forms of psychological side-effects related to that and it doesn't impact on my daily life at all. It's just a very physical sensation of feeling energy moving in the body.
I'm not a regular cannabis smoker but I've had this happen to me twice where I smoke a lot (4 puffs is a lot for me.) The last time was last night.
The energy in my body suddenly becomes incredibly magnified and intense, like the energy I normally feel is magnified 1000x. It feels a little like you're being electrocuted. My heart rate starts increasing to a very fast pace and I get into an anxious state that I might have a heart attack or die. It feels like if the energy keeps increasing I'll be consumed by it or lose all control to it (ego death?).
I kept my cool to not give into the fear, grounding by keeping my hands on the earth and breathing slowly and deeply.
Wherever I brought my focus to on my body the energy would accumulate there. It felt almost like wherever I brought my focus the blood pressure would increase. The pressure in the veins in my arms became so strong, for example, that it felt like the veins might pop.
Both times this has happened the energy builds to a point that I can't suppress it or "hold onto it" anymore and I have to just "surrender" to it. I let go of motor control and it's like the energy takes control of my body. My body starts convulsing & shaking, etc, moving with the energy rather than resisting it, until the energy starts to calm down and I'm able to act as normal again.
I've been fully conscious and self-aware both times this has happened so I didn't black out (though possibly I might do if I smoked more.)
Have you ever encountered this before? And if so would you have any idea of what happened? From an outside perspective it would look like I was having a seizure. Could this just be a panic attack? Early onset of psychosis? Epilepsy?
Any thoughts appreciated.

I got a similar feeling except it's usually one or both of my legs have to shake, or I feel compelled to stand up suddenly.
From what I worked out for myself it was anxiety convincing myself that I had to do a physical outburst and I locked onto the thought until I had to do it, unless I managed to distract myself.
Can't say for sure but my first thought would be that you are getting more psychedelic effects from the herb now and it sends you off into little anxiety pits.
It could also be though that you actually did have a seizure and it wasn't some psychological thing, so it would probably be a good idea to talk to a doctor about it too.

Hello and welcome to the forum
Only speculation:
Your experience shares similarities with that of a whitey, did you experience any nausea? Did you sweat? As you say you don't normally puff too much in one go, it may have just been that, a drop in BP and a bit of panic mode as the body doesn't know what is going on, but does whatever it needs in order to protect the brain and feed it with necessary oxygen/blood-flow often by increasing heart rate and sometimes the expelling of stomach content to free up more energy/blood.
Again, that uncomfortable experience is brought on by the body/brain going into DefCon mode, but if you can ride that high and use mind-over-matter thinking with a few physical exercises like breathing control (which you mentioned you did, which is great ) among other things, then you may succeed in regaining control.
Also may sometimes be relevant to sugar levels, as sometimes a sip of juice can help, also hydration in general, keep these things in check if you are sensitive to a whitey.
My experience is based on observations of people over the years who've experienced this sorta sick/overwhelming feeling after smoking, and I'm still just trying to better understand it and how to treat it best. Again, not implying what I refer to is what exactly has occurred with your experience as I understand there are also energy and chakra elements at play.

I know what a seizure feels like
Imagine your vision going crazy weird
At the same time, imagine your face twitching and moving involuntarily...like...what it looks like to go Super Saiyan in DBZ.
That's a seizure
What you had just sounds like quite a bit of anxiety, and a panic attack, which is fairly common. Don't overthink it just go with the flow.
One time I got really high off of some weed, I'll never forget the strain. "Mr. Nice Guy". Mr. Nice Guy was mean. I was convinced that I was having a heart attack, I locked myself in my friend's bathroom for about twenty minutes trying to tell myself I wasn't going to die.
It didn't work.

Hello and welcome, OP!
Daily smoker for over a decade here; cannabis does different things to different people, especially as you age a bit. Not an excuse or empirical reason for your personal experience by any means, but I've seen and experienced some off the wall anomalies that, given my daily frequency and variety of strains consumed, actually becomes more and more rare as time goes on.
I had a buddy convinced he was dying, and he was burping up more pot smoke than I've ever seen anyone burp up, over the course of about an hour. It was unbelievable. This kid's stomach had to be full of pot smoke. I can't imagine what kind of complete hell of a "high" that would induce, especially in someone that doesn't rip it frequently!

After several years doing yoga and meditation, I also felt sensations and visualized 'energy' through my body, at first like a whisper through leaves, and then with mental feedback resonance - I would feel it quite intensely.
I would have a single toke and lay back listening to music and experiencing a light show.
I still stretch a gram of bubble hash over a month. save money this way!
otherwise if you have to consume more (?) then stop all forms of meditation and yoga, get out of touch with the moment, avoid concentration and smoke your brains out!
