1 Cake

I have 1 cake in a humidity chamber. This post is both a process and safety check, as the setup is non-traditional. *Edit- I'm home most of the time, and if the light is okay as is, would turn that off when wandering out.*
First we have the chamber itself, it's a veggie crisper from an old fridge. Why I chose it to follow. The heating pad under it. There is a seed heating mat mia, can track it down if need be. This GE brand heating pad has an automatic switch with three heating levels(It's on med). It is described as 'wet proof' and can allegedly handle being in contact with an ice pack.
There's also the option of lifting the chamber up a couple inches, or fixing the heating pad so it's not flat on the surface of washing machine.
Next is lighting.
45W, 165 red Leads, 60 blue LEDs. 'Not waterproof, high temp resistance.' I can hang it, but directions (broken english, as is) only provided a diagram, and will have to figure out why it's crooked. Also, I feel like it fits perfect with enough room for air exchange:

 Gradual slope:

Any feedback on anything here would be awesome, thank you!

Lol good luck. Looks like a shure fire way to get little to nothing.
On a bookshelf is a better idea

Can you elaborate? The photo you replied with seems to be (semi)freshly inoculated, no? Mine is fully colonized and born.
Sure fire as in surely a fire hazard?

The chamber is junk. Heating pads are fail. Your lighting is ridiculous. The cake would literally do better on a shelf with a bag.

'Sure-fire way' is just the same as saying 'a definite way', it doesn't refer to combustion and is just a figure of speech.
The lights are pretty

I get its a figure of speech, but important enough to clarify, and half poking light at it(see what i did there!).
On that note.. Bod, you're killing me with vague answers.
How about I change the title to include 'salad crisper,' and consider it one less noob to respond to in the future (when they find this thread by UTSF).
That's what you mean when you say 'research better,' right?
Why is the chamber junk.
Why would it be better on a bookshelf?
Trying to learn!

OP you’re over thinking the process. Why not just follow a verified TEK?

There's a lot of ways that will work but my experience tells me the way you came up with will not work

Just my personal learning process. Incredibly methodical, if it bugs you don't click the thread? As of now, I know this setup is trash, but don't understand why, so I asked.
I followed Ziran's tek to the T, then followed Mateah'sshoebox tek. Don't have an appropriate sized tote for one cake, and attempted to improvise. Then came back to the community for feedback..
bod, you responded with a link. But there's multi options in that thread.. So are you suggesting I shred the cake and spawn in coir? Or follow mushboy's tek, or put back into the jar to stick on a shelf.
Whatever, guess I'll figure it out.

You only have one cake. I would just fruit it as is. Regardless any of those ideas are guaranteed to give you a better chance of growing mushrooms

This refresher grow was intended for clarification and perfecting technique. Plan to keep it small until then.
While I've assumptions, can I get some feedback/constructive criticism?
Tossed the salad crisper for this setup.

Kept the heating pad and light- 12/12hr schedule. Misted sparingly and fanned a few times daily.

Have always harvested individually, but never had so few fruits! Any thoughts on this?
