Favorite cannabis seed breeders? 1

So I’m getting back into growing weed, and have leftover Bodhi seeds (sunshine daydream,) but want to buy a fresh pack for my grow. Any suggestions? I know Bodhi and reserve privada were good breeders.
What breeders and why? Any pics?

I’ve tried Barney’s before, forget which strains I think a pineapple chunk and maby LSD. Heard of those other two as well. Have you ever used Great Lakes genetics, they’re suppliers not breeders

Have you ever tried any TGA / Subcool genetics? I love their flavor profiles.

I have not, but I have heard of them(him?) before. The name subcool sounds familiar, can’t remember if it’s a soil recipe as well or what. I’m thinking I’m just going to stick with Bodhi, maby, and might buy through Great Lakes genetics.
I was looking to get a strain(s) that DID NOT have a super skunky smell that’ll go through my carbon filter, as honestly growing is illegal where I live and I’m kind of paranoid. Any suggestions? Indica dominant, also was interested in one of those strains that gets those darker colored sugar leaves (Athens leaves you trim.)

I am a huge fan of BC Bud Depot. Stellar genetics aside I do like being able to order directly from BC Bud rather than a 3rd party in Europe. The best pheno of God Bud had an over the top jolly rancher/coca cola aroma and was very stoney.

Seconded on Dinafem, Critical 2.0 was a great plant and their OG Kush was huge.
I've had great success with Expert seeds, Orange Skunk and Sweet Zombie are excellent outdoor producers. The orange skunk was consistently over 2lb outside and the sweet zombie got me over 4lb... Both were a great smoke and very healthy, vigorous plants
Super Mazar by Victory was amazing at 1.5lb outdoors and was some of the strongest weed I have ever smoked. With next to no leaf to trim it just sickly sweet smelling thick and resinous buds. Their Blow Dream was a monster too but it was a late season finisher and I found the branches/stems to be quite brittle as they regularly broke in inclement weather or while tying down for outdoor SCROG.

Anyone of you heard of Bodhi, Reserva privada, DNA genetics? I’m looking at ordering from Great Lakes genetics or midweek song (both are suppliers.) was looking at having a few different strains going.

I would second this, they have been in the game forever and looks like they picked up some of reeferman's stock. Lots of tasty classics like burmese, c99, sweet tooth and the purps. I also hear that you can order clones now under the hemp act since they dont have thc, more expensive but might be worth it if you have limited space.

Bc bud sweet tooth is a blue berry cross with the sweet pink grape fruit clone that has been a staple for 20 years. Barney's is a dutch creation afghani x hawain x nepali also with similar grapefruit flavors.
Afaik two different strains.

i've grown Bodhi seeds and met dude when i was working at a dispensary (interesting genetics, cuts were not always super stable) and grew a DNA technically before they acquired crockett. I preferred DNA but that's all subjective
Edited to fix mistake

you shouldnt really be looking for stability in seeds
variety is more important, at least in terms of selecting for flavor and effect

Agreed. Good seed stock will give you various traits to use at your discretion. And I've noticed the more "unstable" strains tend to be classics like sour d and real GSC. Maybe tell us what your looking for exactly and we can dial you into a certain strain/bank. So far the only criteria is "not skunky" to avoid carbon filtration issues. The idea should be to produce the stinkiest smelliest plant possible. So my advise would be to get your FAE and filtration on point if the smell is a concern.
