I wouldn’t say that it was a cap really (it only looks a bit like gills), but it definitely grew in an organized fashion. I’ve had several growths like that in different tubs. You can see it in the tub photo on the left - that flat circle thing on the left side.

Started a couple plates from spore a while back Here's the results of one of those
Fruits are plenty but so noodle ish Some with veils and some without all in the same bag...
And look what I found in a bag of my manure collected at the farm where I've seen //collected this variety from before...

Zifo idk what you’re doing but those are amazing. You seem to get a lot of very yellow caps I remember seeing older pics from you with that same thing.
Eat those look a lot like my first ones. All skinny and weird wavy shapes occasionally shredded open.

Zifo - that tub of yours is so beautiful! They look very happy - even happier still on that bag of manure.
What is in your tub?
And the biggest question: What do you recon you have there? Psilocybe Cubensis var Natal Super Strain or Psilocybe Natalensis?

Here is a shoe box I have of the Natalensis. I cased it along with the two trays of pans I’ve got going and threw all three in my pan fruiting chamber.

Thanks guys... Nothing special at all with my test bags Just standard coir&verm mix They do love manure thou as the ones in the manure bag show.. Maybe they grow so nice here cause they are basically @home??
Psilo Until someone can show me conclusive evidence that shows likewise I think that Natalensis/Nss are one and the same thing....but that's just my outlook and I could very well be wrong

Those all look really cool.
To bad I threw out my plate of Nats. Moving was a pain, but I finally got settled in the new house. Guess I got to try and get me a new print.

Couple more testers
Some decent sized fruits but got some crazy business going in in both that I've never personally had before Split deformed stems bent over
Maybe my sub was a drop or two on the wet side or just possibly some bacterial issue??

I was right at 16-17 days to harvest. Thats actually not bad at all. Ive got one more tub on the way.
This is why I won't grow this strain again, such a pain in the ass to harvest and clean up
