Hello everyone, I'd like help identifying two mushrooms, if you please.
Spore prints for both are in progress, pending later tonight I would say. If you do not have enough to go off of, I will update the post with spore print colors and photographs.
Specimen #1 - I am fairly confident these are Psilocybe Allenii
Habitat : Irrigated, north-facing wood chip bed Location : Menlo Park, CA Gills : See photograph Stem : See photograph Spore Print Color : In Progress Bruising : Blue bruising evident in several specimens

Specimen #2 - Unknown. Their characteristics remind me of the above mushrooms, but are a little different
Habitat : Irrigated, West-facing wood chip bed. Location : Menlo Park, CA Gills : See Photograph Stem : See Photograph Spore Print : Pending Bruising : No apparent bruising

Thank you for your time!

Thank you for the replies!
I am updating the post with the spore print picture, for good measure. All of the prints are the same color for every specimen, being a dark brown with perhaps a little of a purple hue?

I am quite confident these are all Ps. Allenii

Now that you have all the evidence, wash those spores into a bucket/applicable container then pour it somewhere ideal to your home for convenient collecting sake next year - or just for the sake of spreading the treasure
Alternatively, you can also just save the prints. If stored properly, they keep for long long time. You can even trade those prints. You never know
