So far colonization in the one container is happening rapidly. In the other one, there still is not mycelium. My guess is the substrate is a little more sense than it should be, so it's struggling to branch out and it's all in the center still.

I'll post pictures later today

Ever since my non-professional friend injected the tupperware container with Albino A+, they have been colonizing like wild fire. If i was to make an uneducated guess, I'd say this is either exclusively Albino A+, or most definitely a successful cross. Definitely not B+ exclusively.

I was giving some thought about what a fellow shroomer said on this thread, in regards to whether two mushrooms will grow off the same cake or if it would cross; is it possible to tell the difference if they both start growing separately on the same cakes? Is it possible that some spore particles will cross, while other won't, so there could be three types of mushrooms growing off the same cake? Wouldn't the mycelium as a whole just connect as one mycelial network and become one regardless? If not, wouldn't the competing mushroom strains fight each other for space on the substrate?

You won't truly know without genetic testing. You can only make guesses. Statistically, you'll probably have a little of everything. Id take prints but not forward them as a certain variety.  Mark them as your home variety or something.

Another note. How its colonizing doesn't tell you squat about what variety it is. That first paragraph is a little silly sounding.

Quick colonization update; there's been another rapid surge of spread I've noticed, and aside from sticky vermiculite sticking to the the bottom part of one of the two plastic tubs, everything looks good.

The reason why the one looks weird is because he shook it after each inoculation, which caused individual chunks like you see in the picture to colonize, then try to reach out to other parts of the substrate.

Should he leave the flat one in the tub with the lid off when it's time to fruit?, Or take it out and it fruit it that way? He's worried about damaging this one in the process of taking it out, because he added to much water, which has caused the substrate to stick to the bottom of the container.

Its not filled to the top. The "blackness" is empty space. Thank you for your concern tho, i can see how you would see that.
