1984 left me confused and the movie as well.  Read it definitely but give your insight on it if you want to post it.  I get the thought police.  Take psychedelics and one gets it quite fast.

But the main protagonist I just don't get that fictional characters logic and reason.  Still bugs me that I never got it and I could read it again but life seems to be moving at a really rapid pace and am just trying to keep up with it in ways that matter and not get lost in the trivial and fakeness of it all.

Spent enough time in that but it is a constant process.

So not sure what to read next.  Kindle unlimited selections suck.  Bought 1984 a ways back on paperback.

Is strange with a book I like that it is hard to start but if it is good then after awhile it just flows and I look forward to reading it for a couple of hours a day.  I always remember a teacher I had in school saying give a book 50 pages and if you like it keep reading and if not, let it go.

I rarely get good advice and when I do follow it but that one stuck with me.

I've been thumbing through HP Lovecraft stories recently. I always forget how amazing Reanimator is.

That’s a good one. I finally got to read it last year. No wonder they tried to make it a movie.

I'm taking a break from fiction to read Obama's new book, then I'll dig into Rhythm of War. For anyone that needs it, here is a Roshar primer:
