Today while checking my current agar projects I pulled some old B+ plates out from the back of the incubator! And wow, I know it's common but check these out.
Feel free to post your invitro shots too.

Next time "transfer" them, don't pick em and pull em apart to clone, they are axenic until you touch them

Good call tryptkaloids, I guess I miss spoke. I called it a clone but it was a transfer. I opened the petri dish and with my scalpel I sliced the but end of each fruit, and put them in new agar dishes.

After I removed the fruit with with my scalpel keeping the original dish clean.

This thread is so useful!
After reading a while to up my game I tried taking some tiny transfers this morning.
On a few of my dishes I'm getting what looks like a trickle of liquid with an invisible hair down the middle coming in from the edges. I'm assuming this is bacteria?

Now on T5 on some of the most rhizo growth from some GT spore prints. I keep running away from the little green menace, but it keeps chasing!

(Pic is a T4, plated 3 days ago, taken this morning on the way to T5)
