You need to put up your design so we can replicate it.

I'm gonna make a write up on how to build one after I put it through testing and know its reliable.

No water, coil is copper wire. mofsets are cooled with heatsinks.

I know i was thinking if you have it on for a while the copper will melt i think, maybe at that small scale is negligible, but on large pipes induction temper they must be cooled

It stays cool, I have alot of headroom. This unit can go up to 1000w and the max im ever using is 240w and its only on for 15 seconds at a time.

It's very cool and I'm jealous for not thinking of it. My only concern is that it would create air flow in your SAB.

I use a #10 scalpel, why are #11s so popular?

I like the extra length on the #11 and it feels more natural to hold, kinda like a pencil

But the #10 has a much better blade to slice with. I see #11s scrape mycelium across a plate after being heated because they're tipped. #10s have that curved tip allowing for one to make a quick slice instead of cutting the agar and scraping the myc off the wedge. Just my opinion.

I thought of that. It is being heated outside of the sab and is then brought into the box when red hot. It will make no more air flow than moving in a scalpel after torching it.

That scalpel holder was a neat idea too.
