Creamy gills doesn't mean sporeless. I have a PESA variety that always has creamy gills but drops spores normally. It just doesn't hold on to any of them.

No, I suspected them to be hollow but surprisingly the stems are really dense, even the mature ones with their caps opened wide.

B+ fruiting on a plate:
Used the clone of this mushroom to inoculate some jars, which (among 2 others) resulted in the following cake:
Cloned some of the good looking shrooms, hope that the next try will be even more even and abundant!
