Psilocybin extraction strength

Has anyone extracted or read/herd/seen an extraction that reduced down enough so that like with LSD 1 drop is a decent trip?

Discuss.........

Is double extraction better for this process?
Has anyone used truffles?

I've read that hot water extract can be boiled down to tiny amounts of liquid
Could make a tiny little shroom gummy with X dose of dried cubes maybe

I tried this with some success and some failure with ethanol. I'd say one can make it with acetone defatting step first and then low heat and time during ethanol pulls. And a good filtration system, ideally under vacuum. Then just evaporate and keep a little bit of the ethanol solution. Don't try to defat the ethanol, defat the shroom powder, filter and keep solids for the ethanol pulls ( I'll say 4/5 pulls). Don't expect to have a concentration of 5 grams in a drop imho
