My friend is going to do a internship on Joel Salatin's farm soon. I dig the idea, but I know nothing about the finances of it.
Fantastic idea and relatively cheap means to market your product though. Good on them.
Great T shirt too "It' not the cow, it's the how" is pithy and memorable.
