That reminds me Still have that swab of those.. So many things to try and so little room Nice looking pins there.
Im having trouble prioritizing my projects rn.
Hopefully my buddy figures out my cheap Chinese cycle timers bc I certainly won't lol for my pan fc to be.
In the mean time I'll try and get lige out of my semperviva print.
Then there's the cube projects taking up most of the limited space, like stabilizing that lucy Cambodian, however it's been stable af from the beginning. Now growing ms f3.

Any recommendations? Been going this way so far: -Find some leucistic fruits between the normal ones from ms -clone and grow out, take prints (f1) -grow from ms, take clones, grow out, take prints (f2) -grow from ms (now fruiting)
Just proceed like this or can at some point f1 or f2 spores be mixed with the later generations? Any advice would be much appreciated.
And some more McKenna pins as this is a pics thread. Let's hope for a Kennapy

Hey guys~ Im here, waiting for my jars to finish colonizing. Growth has slowed down quite a bit, it continues to grow, but veeery slowly. 2 of the 5 jars are already done and I wanted to put them in bulk all at once. Those that have not yet are at ... 90%, perhaps. Grows slowly but looks good.
What if I shake them now? Bad idea? I shook them once when they went about 30%
In one of them that at that time was very behind in terms of colonization, I waited a little bit more to shake and now it was the one that finished first.
They have been colonizing since October 24
Pretty cold temps, btw. (Also, probably not a high LC density in the inoculation)

Apx 3 days since the marker line.

Couple questions.. does TW require a peat casing and is it stable where you can grab spores or do you need tissue of that culture?
Faht
So I got in touch with a friend that has this culture.. he says his drop spores and are potent. He’s gonna send me a swab. I’ll keep y’all in mind when I’m swabbing TW gills.

Looks cool I’ve been told the trip feels different than other cubes and it’s very potent. I don’t trip though I just like to watch them grow

Unfortunately I see pointless smart alec comments on here all the time. I frequent this other platform and I always see noobs talking about being dogged on the shroomery. I wish it wasn’t like that but it is...this place has a rep for that kind of treatment
Keeping with the thread South African Transkei

Telling someone their work seems like a massive waste of time and effort? Really tho I’m not tryna turn this thread into something it’s not. To each their own. I try to be as respectful as possible to everyone I’ll leave it at that

Where the hell do people get Transkei? I know we can’t name vendors so really I guess I should ask HOW they get it... other members or vendors?
Also I heard the trip is super peaceful a lot of times

I wasn't dogging on you, just the variety. I wasn't trying to be a smartass either, just trying to understand what would make someone want to put the work in to grow such a pita harvest
I wasn't saying you wasted your time, thats for you to judge. I was saying I'd be pissed if I put months into a tub and got a bunch of tiny mutated fruits that are a bitch to harvest. We're growing felonies, a thick skin might help if you ever get busted.

I was literally about to type that I think I took you the wrong way… I was about to say, “ I think I misinterpreted you and you meant the variety was a waste of time and effort“... so I apologize… I’ve seen a lot of people saying mean things to other people on here so I kind of jumped the gun…
But they don’t stay tiny… This is still the beginning of the tub.. Eventually I’ll be harvesting giant solid chunks of fungus
