Makinga Waterfall Gravity Bong Work Versus a Regular Gravity Bong Is Tougher Than I Thought...
    #27046661 - 11/19/20 01:04 AM (3 years, 2 months ago)

THe suction in the bowl is not as strong in a waterfall bong versus a regular gravity bong, is it?  I tried the bowl loading method for a normal gravity bong for a waterfall bong, namely a big bed of parsley DMT moer parsley, tamp hard, then spinkle parsley and light, but that hasn't worked.  Do I need to use parsley bed, DMT, parsley, and light, instead?
Tell me...

Perhaps you need to make a larger hole for the waterfall bong.

Or a bigger water bottle; I used a small one.  WHen I enlarged the hole of the smale bootle, the water released super fast and uncontrolled.

EDIT: suction is the only issue here, OP, not construction?

OP?  That stands for...?  In an case, I looked into three, for, five different Youtube videos before constructing mine, and the biggest difference twixt them and me seems that the plastic on their bongs was harder than mine; how much of a difference does that make?  THe placement of the hole itself--near the bottom, or at the bottom--doesn't seem much to matter.

Also:  Is the sandwich method for loading the bowl in the gravivity and waterfall bongs the same?  SUction is the only thing I can think of that may be off--maybe I need to insert a lid into a awholly new cap, instead of using an old  one.  If suction is truly the issue, then that could nicely explain it...

OP = Original Poster = person who made the thread.

I'm still having a trick time understanding what your exact issue is; this is the most basic waterfall bong that I've constructed, used, and re-constructed dozens of times:

Alternative with smaller bottles, same exact idea:

Cool pics

FYI, that would be a gravity bong not a waterfall bong :sadyes:

For waterfall bongs, u only need one bottle with a hole near the bottom that you let go into a sink to pull the hit.

Okay, that helps; I will try again with a gravity bong and a tighter lid.

TBF where I live people use the terms interchangeably, and almost always just mean grav bong lol.

Those pics are from Google btw that's not my shit!

Ah.  Well, I think I'm getting a grip on what is going on, finally.  What does TBF mean, however?  And, how to tell if I'm building a tolerance to smoking DMT?  I got two, two and a half good waterfall bong DMT hits, last night, but afterward, I was taking hits, could feel the DMT harshness in my lungs, and yet didn't feel much.  Other times, I felt a strong hit, and then couldn't get another, thereafter how common is the pattern I describe?

:awebig:

Ahhh, those old high school memories. I used to use a ABS Pipe Hookah with my two friends at the time. Had a 4-hose outlet and we would all hit from it at the same time. Man, those were fun times. There was some extra effect too. Probably from the ABS (not good). But I feel fine now

Wish I could go back to those days sometime....

Another reason I'm glad I didn't get into weed until AFTER high school, I'd have been way worse LOL.

Well so DMT  waterfall bong has been the most consistent way to take in hits that I've had--that's why I'm using it as opposed to a regular bong...or some other another pipe.
