WBS questions

I’m about to start my third grow and am looking to substitute WBS for BRF in the standard PF tek. I’ve done some research but still have some questions. Hoping all you experts can help me out here!
1. What’s the best type of WBS to use? I’ve got my eye on Pennington classic, but I see there are a lot of other options out there (premium, birder’s blend, etc.)
2. Do I really need to remove the sunflower seeds? Anything else I should remove from the mix?
3. Should I grind it up or keep it whole? Sounds like I might need to mix with some BRF if I don’t grind it up?
4. If I do grind it up, should I rinse, soak, or sterilize it beforehand? Or just PC my jars per the standard PF tek?
Thank you all in advance!

If you use grain, it’s because you’re going to spawn to another substrate (crumble the colonized grain into coir or manure or something else). Don’t use WBS for pftek
Edit: I guess I should at least answer your questions if you decide to do a grain to bulk grow:
1. I’ve used Pennington classic for 13 years, works great
2. Yes, remove sunflower seeds. During the first soak of your WBS the sunflower seeds and some other seeds will float to the surface. Anything floating is hollow, which both means it offers no nutritional value to your mycelium (meaning it needlessly takes up space and leaves you with less actual nutritional grain in each jar) and also has an empty space for contaminants to hide from healthy mycelium. Removing them when they’re floating is super easy
3. If you were going to attempt a pf tek then I assume grinding it up and mixing it with brf might work, though I’ve never heard of anyone doing this
4. I’d assume you’d at least want to do a thorough rinse to wash away any chemicals, coatings, or pesticides before you grind it all together. No need to sterilize anything before it’s fully prepared because it will just recontaminate during the preparation and need to be sterilized again
-------------------- I've been trying to justify you In the end I will just defy you
