They have just been harvested early or chopped up by the look of it. I have seen Sclerotia in many different sizes over the years.
Also "high hawaiians" is just a brand name, not a species. You most likely have tampanenisis truffles.

Yeah, again "high hawaiian" is a brand name, not an actual species of mushroom.
Just like "smirnoff" is a brand of vodka. High hawaiian is a brand of tampanenis sclerotia. All/most brands of truffles are psilocybe tampanenis.
Potency shouldn't be effected much by early harvest, active fungi tend to have the same active alkaloid content throughout their growth stages, some people feel that younger specimens are more potent than mature.
The only way to really be sure is to eat them.

No problemo dude, if your truffles are still vacuum sealed they should be good for a month or so as they are if refrigerated.
If they are open they will need drying.
Because they are so dense in structure I would suggest slicing them up to make them thinner and dry out slowly at a low heat so as to preserve as many active alkaloids as possible. Maybe use a desk fan or dry in a low temp oven (50-75*c).
When dried they will be rock hard like little stones. Some people store them as they are, others use a coffee grinder to powder them and store in pills or jars.
Make sure to store them in a cool dark dry place, somewhere they will not get condensation or damp.
Hope this helps.

Not a problem buddy, maybe use some cooking foil or baking paper in the dehydrator with slits cutting it to help air flow maybe?
If that doesn't work im sure they will dry eventually with a fan and warm dry room, it may just take a few days.

Yeah I'd try soaking them, if your feeling adventurous, soak them in lemon juice and lemon tek them.
I'm not sure how long they will take to re-hydrate so just keep an eye on em.
