each eyepiece graticule is 40μm, being your stage graticule is 10μm, or 0.1mm
measure 1 spore, at 2.5 stage divisions = 25μm
I could be completely wrong, sure Ive got to add up actual size / magnification = actual size.

My opinion is if we're seeing cheilocystidia in any of these they are not really bobbly cheilocystidia and might indeed be G. dilepis. Alan, I possibly have no clue pls help!

I don't see any cheilocystidia there.

The way I do this is I use a forceps to remove a bit of the gill edge, put it down on a slide, then use a brand new razor blade to cut just the very edge of the gill off, leaving a strip about .1mm x 1 mm.  Make it as thin as possible, so it's just the edge and doesn't have pleurocystidia too.

Then I make another cut further in that is sure to cut off any remaining gill edge, and throw that part that has both cheilocystidia and pleurocystidia away.

Then I do a crush mount on the edge slice for the cheilocystidia, and a crush mount on the inside slice for pleurocystidia.

All of your mounts look like there is too much material there - you want to have just nanograms of the gill in order to get good quality photos of the structures.
