Help Please. Is This ready for fruiting conditions . Grain/Verm/Coir

Hi Guys. So this is my first time using coir as a substrate and some people said it doesn't turn into a solid white mass.
I was going to wait a bit longer but I checked it today and I'm getting pins and primordia around the edges. I had it covered in foil to keep the humidity and CO2 up so the edges are probably getting too much air. The holes in the box are pretty well plugged but the lid has a fair sized air gap - hense the use of foil.
This is a very diverse mix of genetics - grown from spore so its taken quite a while.I just dumped a bunch of spores onto agar, checked it was clean and then put it to grain. I inoculated this box on the 3/11 with 2 quarts of grain.
Should I wait a while longer or give this sucker some FAE and start fruiting?
Thanks for the help guys

3/11? I believe you should’ve said 11/3. Like 15 days ago instead of 8 months ago. Is day/month the way you guys express a date across the pond? It’s no wonder we 1776’d it. Axe yo kang about it
Pedantry and racism aside, yes you’ve been ready for fruiting since 11/3. I’ve found spawning right to fruiting conditions is the way to go. I do restrict airflow a tiny bit for the first week or so just because not much is happening and I wanna save moisture.
Cubes will fruit when they’re ready though. There’s no need to try to created a high co2 environment or anything you just spawn them and give them light and air and they do their best.
Coir sometimes looks just like yours and other times can be thick white, it just depends on the culture. I do remember having more thick white tubs when using hpoo though.

hahahahaha Yes that's right this is the way we express date over here. Day/Month/Year. We call it the correct way! But that's ok, you treasonous colonists sometimes get things a little backward with a lack of decent education, but don't worry we understand you most of the time. Perhaps one day we would be willing to forgive and forget, so long as you lose that funny accent, of course. We love what you have done with the weed laws though!
but with that out of the way. Thanks for the advice. I have read about just setting up the fruiting conditions from the get-go but I thought I would try that next time and use this as a point of reference. I'll just start the FAE then.
I was going to give them a bit of misting until they start to fruit properly. I hear thats a controversial subject around here. What do you think?

Yeah I’m secretly jealous of d/m/y since it makes more linear sense. I’m also a closet fan of millimeters instead 5/64 of an inch or whatever. You know that 14 comes after 13. Where 7/32 does not intuitively appear after 1/2.
As far as misting it’s just a personal thing depending on your conditions. If my tubs seem dry I mist but usually it’s only once before the first flush.
After the first flush anything else is extra to me so I don’t pay them much attention but I’ll mist 2-3 a day if I think about it.

We actually just have a bizzar mix of inches feet mills and meters. human height is usually feet, but if you're talking about anything else, it's in meters. Distance is in miles. all mechanical is in mills, thank god. and weight is in Stone!? no one knows why, we just go along with it. I have never even tried to learn about 16ths and thousandths of an inch. NO!
Im going to weigh the box to keep an eye on moisture (grams). Thanks for the help though, it's most appreciated.
