That looks like it's an Amanita, could be Amanita muscaria which is toxic for dogs.

You should make your dog throw up put hydrogen peroxide in a large syringe without a needle and squirt it down his throat this will make him vomit and it’s completely safe for dogs cats horses and people to ingest

Please take a photo of the cap and more angles please to better ID. Regardless take him to the vet.

Ive done this to my pups even for doing something simple is eating a mouth full of cat shit from the neighbors yard Or something I had no idea what it was they ate My neighbor even had a horse that ate poisonous weeds and they poured about quarter gallon down.....he puked for a couple hours but was fine
I myself normally drink about a quarter cup for those instances where you’re extremely sick to your stomach from something you ate

that's wild, i literally just went to check if i still had that bottle of hydrogen peroxide under my sink, does it even have a shelf life lol
good tip, hopefully i never need to use it

As far as shelflife is concerned it’s just water so it doesn’t have a shelf life if you have any question call your local poison control and they will confirm it....But it’s so cheap 1.99 and such a good disinfectant I normally have five or 10 bottles laying around the house someplace
