Dialing in flowhood?

So, just built my flowhood, does this look to be about the right airflow I'm looking for? I've seen that a lighter should bend 45 degrees from about 6 inches away, is that about right? It just seems like hardly any air is coming out, maybe that's how its supposed to be and i was just thinking it was going to be way stronger than it is. I mean I guess it would have to be relatively light air flow or else everything would go flying when in front of it eh? Does the amount of air flow matter? I know too low it wouldn't work but what about the other way around, is there such thing as too much air flow? As long as my stuff isn't flying all over the place am I pretty much good?
So fucking excited to not have to be confined to a box y'all have no idea.... Well maybe you do if you have one as well...
Should it look like this? Pic 1 https://postimg.cc/87pmNc1T
Or more like this... Pic 2 https://postimg.cc/MvddcV3n
Neither????

get an anemometer if you want to be 100% sure. you can test by placing petri dishes in front of the laf at different distances. leave them exposed for a while and see if contaminants grow. But an anemometer would be the best way to check the current.
it's best you upload your pics on shroomery, because members like myself don't like to click on offsite links...
Congrats with your build and welcome to the LAF club!

I've tried, each time I try and upload it says my limit is reached or that my photo is too large, so I always just use imgur or something similar, idk maybe I'm doing something wrong, but i doubt it as i have uploaded stuff before but i think cameras got so much better than the photos are too big and the site is used to the way photos used to be.
