My friend has the new xbox.
He is afraid to play any new games on it. He booted up Forza and the xbox crashed.
Now he is afraid to buy Black Ops and crash his xbox. I keep telling him to just do it since its in the return period still. He doesn't seem to get it. He would rather not risk fucking it up than deal with a return period and wait for them to be back in stock.

The whole launch has marked what has came to a head in 2020 online retail arbitrage and the employed advantage of purchasing bots. The big box stores have been well aware of buybots prevalence in 2020 alikened to a surging sports card market, the companys have an obligation to fight unfair consumer practices albeit spending money on antibot software, it's owed to the customers. The ps5 is the better of the two machines IMO and many other tech savy people. But at this point I refuse to feed into the level of hype the event is drawing and will literary wait for the "Dopestation 5" model to hit the street corner before I pay out the current hype machine.

The last blast of GPU's from nvidia was absolutely comical. GPU's going for twice retail because they were all bought up instantaneously.

The solution is just for people to have a little patience. After all a newest release of any electronics device is bound to be buggy and clunky for a while, not to mention it's hard to claim a warranty on a 2nd hand item.

Two full months since the release and these things are still unavailable to 98% of the general public 
Every retailer remains sold out. There are small "restocks" happening but the restocks disappear almost the second they go on the sales floor (or are made available online).
There is a pretty credible rumor though that Sony is sooner rather than later going to be bringing a "substantial" restock everywhere, and that they would do this in regular waves until they're finally available to virtually anyone who wants one. Not sure about the Series X, but my guess is they would have something similar in the works.

Can't buy either. What good is money when you can't buy things with it? Maybe in Spring?
 will help speed along the waiting process. I might buy both actually if that extra 1,400 comes into my account as the Dems have control over it.

I want a ps5 incredibly bad but haven't mentioned it to anyone irl because its just not viable for me. I take care of my dad full time and can't work because of injuries and bad immune system/ lung problems. But God I'd love one. The haptic feedback sand controller sound really awesome. I love PlayStation and have since PlayStation 3 and the reason being is because I had at the time 3 Xbox 360 s that got red rings of death and PlayStation was always solid. Then I fell in love with games like God of War, Spider-Man, Uncharted and so many more plus new projects. Since PlayStation 4 I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that both systems are pretty much identical but this time around I would prefer Playstation again. I'd love it but at this point I really just hope they keep making games for PlayStation 4

One thing to keep in mind ST, after reading numerous articles/reviews on these latest next gen consoles, is that quite a few people I saw were saying how they weren't exactly blown away like they thought they would be. As far as the graphics anyway. Yes they said there are definitely subtle differences that reveal both console's step up in that department, but it's nothing that would leave your jaw on the floor. However other areas are where there are very noticeable differences, such as the loading times now (they're a fraction of what they once were).
They're also saying that in order to maximize both console's powers, one would need a 120 frames per second capable television, and those aren't cheap. Pretty much all of the "budget" 4K televisions (most under a thousand bucks I'd say) are only 60 frames per second. The gaming experts say that one would be missing out on a lot and not fully realizing their console's capability with a lesser TV set.
Again these are just things I read so I can't confirm or deny any of this.

Demon's was frustrating on ps3 when I played it. Go to the fourth Archstone and grind there for a while. If you are putting anything into intelligence then build a Crescent Uchi. Changed the difficulty level for me haha

You want frustration? Try this. I have broke a controller from a console before. But some people just smash it, but I get it. Dark Souls, I have no clue about Demon Souls but guess it is a rip off of it.

Nintendo Switch Pro is coming soon! You guys would probably have more fun with that than a PS5. The switch is the top selling every year and the PRO will be even more funner!
Also Pokemon Snap, Mario 3D, Zelda 2, Mario Kart 9, and Metroid!!!!
I need more time. I just got some PC games and haven't even had time to turn them on. No time to even jerk off.
