I have P. subtropicalis culture going. This is the first round from a print Alan gave me. As you can see they need cleaning up still, but at least I've got culture going (fuzzy white myc).

Are P. semperviva and P. hoogshagenii var. convexa and P. subtropicalis ALL the same species???

Probably, but it's hard to be sure until the type collections can get sequenced.
