It turns out that getting hold of Bitcoin is even more of a nightmare than I thought, so this idea has gone off to fantasy land like most of the plans I've made in my life.
Was good information either way, hope the thread helped some other people.
EDIT: Huge thank you to anonymous guy who helped me sort out my issues and hopefully LSD supply is back on the table

I know I'm sorta of late but like others have said, just be somewhere comfortable and have some vibey music for the come up and you'll be golden. The first time I tripped, I was so nervous I literally dropped the tab before I could get it to my tongue, but it still managed to be the best drug experience of my life so far. I hope it's eye opening for you!

I recommend some Classic music for possible difficult spots of the trip as well

Classical music could go both ways. Sometimes the classical music is so slow and relaxing that it makes you overthink things and makes you more heady. More upbeat music sort of just makes you want to get up and dance. For my experience, relaxing music is better for mushrooms than acid. That's where I said it really depends on the mood. my last couple of trips I sort of had a hard time deciding what kind of music to listen to like I would listen to relaxing music but then it would start bothering me and then I would put something upbeat on and then it would start bothering me out of point as well. I'm thinking maybe I should try a no music trip or just have periods of no music.

Well pre Covid, if you had the bucks and the patience, an interesting suggestion would have been to do some Holotropic breath sessions. Doubt they're happening now.
One could try Wim Hoff breathing (see youtube) and keep it up for an hour, but without previous experience, with the connected breath, I imagine the chances of some breakthrough, are minimal.

You should expect that any preconceived notion you have about LSD will most likely be shattered if this is your first time. You should have no expectations ideally.

Have fun

Man I need to get some LSD again, haven't done it in over 16 years.
It was always more social for me than mushrooms and with a few select people it is a guaranteed awesome time

It has all the effects of a psychedelic and then some. It's very imaginative. The visuals are more complex and organized than other psychedelics. There are these multicolored ever changing lines that form complex figures, shapes and patterns, some people describe it as "cartoony" which is not a bad general description. It can feel like your imagination comes to life, and the boundary between what is real and what you imagine is blurred. But it can also be very mentally intense and difficult. It can cause fear and anxiety, even without any reason, just the generalized feeling of anxiety and fear. Or it can cause euphoria. But it generally isn't as emotionally deep as psilocybin.
That's still not a great explanation though, the only way to know is to do some.
the underlined statement brings me to this lsd test.
Lsd Test (timestamped a sense of pure emotion during lsd test)
I feel they are just as equal, but with lsd you can control it a lot easier than you can with psilocybin.

candy flavored lazers zooming through your head.
similar to mush more euphoric electric and lucid in some sense at low mod doses compared to mushrooms. meaning things people are easier to take.
low doses are fun so dont worry about wasting small amounts!

It's a memory thing partially. Expect having no short term memory to speak of and, as you go higher in dosage, no long term memory as well. I truly believe that the most basic function of psychedelics, especially LSD, is an erosion of the self. As you dose higher you are basically getting closer to peak psychedelia, when your self disappears and everything is experienced at once for both a moment and an eternity. Psychedelic means mind revealing and I believe the intense strangeness we experience on psychedelics is a reaction to the vastness and unexpectedness of the universe as it really is, not as it appears to a biological machine.
Respective estimates are for the peak of each dosage range, that is about two to four hours into the trip. Peak lasts about four hours and then you start coming down. Time feels stretched on all doses but more so on bigger ones. Though there is an uncomfortable midrange where you aren't distracted by visuals and intensity but still feel the time stretch which is a little worse IMO
Low/Medium dose: Feeling pleasure all over your body, having to take deep breaths and manage an intense body high/restlessness, pacing around and going into different settings and forgetting what you were doing a moment ago, feeling as though your mind is spiraling out of control, feeling thoughts that don't feel like yours, seeing patterns as infinitely complex rather than just a solid texture
High dose: Objects morphing, intense mood swings, feeling like you are in danger, feeling like you are on the cusp of something absolutely earth shattering, having thoughts and visuals that you cannot explain at all, not understanding language, intense intense visions and feelings of infinite recursion, feeling like your brain is about to fry or you won't come back
Those are just the best I can remember from all of my trips. I tend to always have more of a head trip than a visual one.
EDIT: I always get weird stomach effects from acid too, but rarely am as healthy as I should be before tripping so who knows. I will also say if you 'trip balls' from a bowl of weed then start with 50 mics (I guess 1/5 of a 250 ug tab?). I doubt that the tab is that strongly dosed as that is exceptionally rare, but better safe than sorry. I think one of the worst hells we can be in is an acid trip that we want to end and that is too intense. It's a good lesson to learn but always a tough one. It just feels like your mind is being put through the wringer and nothing is familiar/comfortable

Got any advice on the size of those doses, JDawg?
I got some 250ug needle point blotters on the way and I was planning to have one half of one of those as my first go.

I happened to edit my post with dosage recommendations before I saw your reply, but probably try a half of that tab if you're feeling confident in your source's honesty. Low/Med is in the 50-150 ug range, whereas I consider 200 ug and above. It all depends on how strong your hits are though because everyone lies
I would normally say just go for a full tab (worst case is you trip a little too hard, which usually feels better than not tripping as hard as you wanted), but since you said you were super psychedelically sensitive even for weed I would say just go with a half of the tab.
250 ug is pretty rare to find in one hit, but you probably wouldn't want to do a full 250 ug if you're inexperienced with acid/mushrooms. DMT is still as intense but mushrooms and acid just last so long that you can scare yourself ime. 100 ug or less is an eight hour ride, whereas 200 ug is a steady steady 12 hours with residual effects until I sleep.
How do you trip from small amounts of weed? Do you get DMT like visuals and a trippy headspace or is it more distinctly a cannabis thing?
