Curious as to what these may be?

Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. Found growing in reeds which lay in normally fertilized soil. Found in Suffolk County Long Island NY. The reeds were cleared out for the fall/winter since they come back annually each spring. This fall has been noticeably damper than previous as many tropical storms have hit the island.
Gills: The gills can be seen as light tan/grey and are attached to the cap.
Stem: Stems range from 4-6 inches and bruise dark-blue at the base of the stem.
Cap: The caps are each roughly a quarter inch in size and contain a separable gelatinous pellicle that is blue around the edges. It is a convex cap that sprouts a subtle nipple at the crest of a few of the mushrooms.
Spore print color: No spore prints as of yet
Bruising: The mushrooms bruise blue at the base of the stem and around the cap
Other information: These mushrooms were found clustered very close to one another and I have never spotted these in the many years that I have been doing maintenance on these reeds. The mushrooms give off a very strong odor much like that of the common panaeolus foenisecii. I want it to be known I have no intention of consuming these mushrooms under any circumstances and I am simply just curious as to if they contain any psychoactive chemicals. Thank you.

Wow, very interesting! No idea what they might be. At first glance they almost look like a cross between mycena and liberty caps. Definitely monitoring this thread lol

Just a random thing to throw out there. Psilocybe pelliculosa? Not saying they are but just an idea.

I do think they are mycena amicta although as I let them dry they are continuing to blue around the crest of the cap, could this be from an oxidation reaction? I would presume they arent active since they dont bruise blue on the stem and only are blue at the stems base and on the cap, although I have read from mycologists that they are indeed active.

Mycena cyanorrhiza also bruises blue and looks similar, but I don't think there are any known Mycena species that contain psilocybin/psilocin.
