You mean the globs on the sides? Just metabolites caused by normal growth. Metabolites are made up of acetones and ethanol alcohol. Metabolites are normal but too much indicates incubation of your jars at too high of a temperature, you let your jars grow for too long, or not enough gas exchange. Do you have some kind of gas exchange? These guys gotta breathe a bit.
Tyvek, synthetic filter disks?

disk filter I believe ... inoculation date written on top of jar 10/17/20 GT MSS temp ranges from 56-72 degrees F. sitting on shelf in grow tent.

I am not familiar with your syringe filter for gas exchange method. Maybe somebody else will chime in? But if you have ok gas exchange all should be A OK. I use synthetic filter discs for all my spawn jars. Off the top of my head I don't know what the micron rating is, I think it is .3 microns. So if you are using .22 micron syringe filters I would guess that it would work -but IDK because I don't use'm.
Your colonization times seem slow to me, but maybe because of intermittent low temps? I don't see any obvious mold contams but bacterial contams are often hard to spot. You may be gold with nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the information, my very small space heater and thermostat will be here tomorrow so I wont let it get below 70-75 degrees F. This is one of the jars inoculated on the exact same day. First pic is front of jar, second pic is other side of the SAME jar. no orange specs in this one tho...

Thanks again all your help!

It is not unusual to have uneven growth patterns in your BRF jars. Multispore inoculation is never precise -ever. Also growth will depend on how well you mixed your flour with verm. -again, never precise. As far as temps go, 68 to 75 is a good target to shoot at. The higher the temp that you incubate your jars = the more it favors contams. The lower that you incubate your jars = the slower they grow out with less chance of contams. 68~75 F is what I do.Good luck friend, I WANT you to succeed .

Bacteria will make mycelium look really slimy. Thats another method to tell if u have a bacterial issue.
