Thought they might be Pan Subs but after viewing some field guides, I wasn't noticing any annulus on any of the other pan sub pics I saw. Nor does this have the iconic darker ring around the cap
Growing in cow dung, viscid while drying, hollow stems, Some prints look black while others have a purple tint to them, could just be a lighter print though.

Maybe Panaeolus semiovatus?

Probably Protostropharia semiglobata.

So this species is not active? I’m confused as I’m seeing it referred to as
Protostropharia semiglobata, and psilocybe semiglobata

So, psilocybe at one time included alot of things that weren't active such as deconica and protosteopharia. They have since regrouped psilocybe and changed genus of things that didn't fit, so psilocybe semiglobata would be the depreciated name. On the other side of that coin, psilocybe cubensis was once stropharia cubensis (which is now depreciated as well)
Always try and compare names to a site like mushroom expert, they'll usually have the most current names
