Is this jar that was colonized yesterday breaking my heart?

So this jar had been showing full colonization for the last couple days, but I haven’t done anything with it yet to ensure the inner portions of the BRF cake were colonized as well. I was going to transfer it to a spawn bag with 9 pints of sterilized rye grain tonight, which I was going to let colonize before transferring to a monotub, however I’m worried I might now be able to do this now. This little thing just popped up sometime between last night and this evening. I’d be sure it was contamination if it wasn’t for the fact that this cakes been apparently healthy since colonization and I feel it might be a possibility it’s trying to fruit in vitro. Can one of you more experienced folks tell me what’s going on/what I should do? I’d really appreciate your help (:

Looks healthy but over colonized. 1 to 9 ratio? I never do that low of a transfer. Maybe I'm missing something (I'm a bit tired), anybody else out there have some advice/opinions?

It’d be 1:18 bc that’s a half pint BRF cake, over-colonized meaning I let it go too long after seeing full colonization on the outside?

Transferring BRF to grain doesn't sound like a great idea. Fruit that sucker!

I agree grinch ^. At this point just 'top fruit it' would be my next step. All that myc is tightly woven together at this point -anything other than just taking the top off and letting it fruit would just do damage IMO. He could pop it out if it slides out ez lee or just top fruit it. Don't crush it to try and make more spawn though.
