What kind of cereal?
What is your milk preference?
Chances are the pain you feel is kidney failure and you’re somewhere near days late to treat it because once symptoms arise you’re late stage kidney failure. I know this because my mom was a school nurse. I check everything against WebMD. If it’s not late stage kidney failure then I feel comfortable saying you have a full blown tumor.

(in all seriousness, see a doctor)

When I was a kid my favorite cereals were lucky charms and cocoa puffs. Now I don't know give me something simple like raisin bran.

Damn. Don't buy that box. Unless you want someone to stalk you and penetrate your anus when you aren't looking them you need to seriously see a doctor for sexual failure. Or whatever it is you said. Good looking out with the advice though

They don't make them any more. This was like 17 years ago but I thought maybe it was just here they were dropped.

Growing up I would eat like 3-5 bowls of cereal after dinner, usually Life, Raisin Bran, Honey Nut Cherrios, and I have never been sick, never been injured at all. I've been a wild lands fire fighter, played college sports, etc. I also am a dirty person to a degree, like in camping/hiking and shit. I've gotten bad athletes foot in the past. But that was cause I waterproofed my boots in the desert lol. I don't get this whole "milk is bad" kind of thing. If your food is clean it will be good for you. Thats why no one can figure out the carnivore or vegan debate. If it doensn't have pesticides/heavy metals in it, it will feed the microherd and you will be healthy. It can be fat, cholesterol, sugar, meat, berries, etc. Feed the microbes, have enough vitamins to keep off scruvy and cholera, etc, and exercise, it doesn't matter what you eat.

I used to wake up in the middle of the night with intense sugar and dairy cravings. Sugary cereal became a nightly routine after a few hours of sleep.
Telling my doctor this somehow set the dominos falling in motion to have a camera shoved up my ass to tell me I had Crohns. After staring steroids my mid-sleep cravings for sugary cereals and milk vanished.

Key word. Sugary cereals. Probably not organic milk too. You need clean food or of course these issues will arise. That's also why no one can pin anything down as far as what's "healthy". All food is healthy when its clean.

Crohns guy here. Besides predinosone to turn my immune system off the best I ever feel is when I eat unseasoned meat cooked in a pan along with leafy greens. It makes me feel like I can fight a mountain.
I bet there are many men and women who have no idea how bad modern "food" fucks them up.

So you drink organic milk but you don't eat organic CERIAL??? And you're eating an extremely high sugar item also that is probably made from sugar beets instead of real sugar. You'd might as well just get the cheap milk. Do you know how many pesticides the farmers use on the wheat and grain that goes into making non non-gmo cerial?? Tons.
I like eating cereal at night because it fills me up and keeps me asleep. I can't go to bed hungry. I got some non-GMO chocolate and vanilla almond granola cereal. if there wasn't a pandemic forcing me to save my pennies I would be getting organic cascadian farm wheat squares.

I am 100% for organic, sustainable, regenerative agriculture. There is nothing inherently wrong with a GMO crop.

I use this product at work sometimes called triphosphate sodium, “TSP” we use it when there is something that absolutely cannot be cleaned any other way as a last resort. We have to wear gloves and masks and have the room well ventilated. I’ve seen it as an ingredient in many cereals. That with all the artificial flavors, colors and high fructose. I just don’t understand how people could go through with putting this shit in our food and still sleep at night. I went all organic for years and then slowly declined into eating shit again. It’s about time for a change. But first one more bowl of cereal...

There are no GMO grains but there are GMO pesticides. If your cereal does not have a non GMO logo then there are probably tons of pesticides in it. Cheerios and Quaker oats have a fuckton of pesticides.
Duck duck go search, what cerial has the highest traces of pesticides?
The only reason to get organic is if there is a GMO version of it for example there are GMO bananas and there are GMO corn and soy. If you buy anything with corn in it it should be organic otherwise it is GMO. For everything else, just get the non-GMO and don't worry about organic unless it is dairy or meat because you don't want to eat meat or drink milk from an animal that was eating GMO feed.

yes pesticides are bad for you and some GMOs are bad for you, but as a concept GMOs aren't in and of themselves bad for you.
