How to grow semilanceata liberty caps outdoors?

Hello. SWIM has experience growing cubensis and even azures but no idea how to grow psilocybe semilanceata which usually are not grown but collected in the nature.
For many years I searched Lithuanian fields for liberty caps and could find not single one, instead only panaeolus and other look alikes. Nor I could find in forests azures or cyans. So maybe it has to do something with cold climate in hardiness zone 5 or too dry air eatern part? In UK and ireland folks collect lots of semies.
Now I discovered sheep pasture in open fields with lots of manure and there is higher humidity. So SWIM decided to try finally introduce them here.
Can their spores be simply spinkled on to grass and manure or different approach is needed?

If you ever find liberty caps, you could collect as many as you can. Drop them in cold water for a day or two and then you should have spore solution.
Take a spray bottle or this bigger thing where you pump air in first then just take a walk and spray that spore solution all over that place while your fruits dry.
That might work, some who said that they have tried it saw fruit bodies 2-3 years later.

From my reading, colonize inside, and fruit outside is the only reliable way to get some decent results. In season

IMHO there are only two options if you want to establish them in a field.
You can spread spores around, but you will need a LOT of spores for some to take and it will take a long time. So not the best option as success is questionable.
You can make cakes (manure, verm, coir, brown rice or wheat flour) and inoculate with LC (never tried using just spores myself). After full colonisation you could bury the cakes in the pasture next to some bigger grass clumps. This will most likely give you some fruits as the cakes are already colonized and have more than enough nutrition to jump start fruiting in fall and the mycelium will grow out from the cakes and might establish itself in the closer surrounding. Be aware that fruits from those cakes might look very different to naturally occurring fruits.
If you have a yard then I would cultivate them at home and after you have harvested the last flush you could take the substrate and spread around or bury it in the pasture.
Have a look at my grow linked in my signature.

Never read about this "Tek" ... are you sure they are releasing their spores dumped into water?

It's an old stamets logic. Put some honey or Karo in water, leave mushrooms in for a day and then spray it. I read about it in GGMM and thought it was really cool, then I found this community and learned about lc's and li's and figured they'd be way more efficient.
And to op, semilanceata aren't cultivated often. I think celest has a bag going right now but that dude has every species going at all times I swear

Aren't you comparing apples and oranges here? LCs are specifically for inoculating on agar or grains. Or do you suggest spraying LCs? The key difference would be that with Stamet's method you're spraying spores while with LCs you'd be spraying pieces of mycelium.
