Shrooms by New Year? Couple quick manure pasteurizing questions...

The goal is to get Pans by New Year. I have what I believe is Jamaican Pans in liquid culture. The reason I am not sure is because I am new to liquid culture and to growing in general, but the original spores can from a reputable supplier. I am about to build a Jok Pan TEK and use his Bulk Prep. The problem is the Manure. I would much rather order this and pay $20 bucks or something, instead of pasteurizing my own. But I will look into pasteurizing my own later, if possible.
1. Is it OK if I order and then handle pasteurized manure? Do I need to be totally sterile when I add my chopped straw, verm, etc. later to the shipped manure? Or can I be a little lax as far as sterile technique?
My understanding of pasteurization is setting your bulk to around 160 degrees or so to kill all of the bad micro organisms.
2. Do you know of a good mix that I can order that already has everything pasteurized and a proven recipe for Jamaican Pans? I can then inoculate with liquid culture directly and save time.
3. My problem is - Joc TEK Pans call for 35% manure. Not sure if I can just order it and through the chopped straw, verm and gypsum in. Or if this would screw everything up.
4. Once I do start to pasteurize my own manure, I have access to Black Cow manure from the store - can this just be pasteurized?
Thanks for the help

If you want to add straw then it has to be pasteurized as well
and you will need grain spawn to inoculate your substrate.

The pans thread is a wealth of information via active members and a great place to ask.

Thanks for the info. I will definitely be reading in the next few days. I was totally skipping the grain portion and was going to inoculate the bulk substrate. Not good
