These have taken ages. Are they ready?

Hi these are mycopots. I inoculated them on 10th September and this is them today. I think they were a bit too cold for a week or too but are in a warmer spot now. So do they look about ready or need longer?

Thanks

How did you carry out the inoculation? I'm no expert, but those don't look so good... Healthy mycelium is white. Those blue/black areas look like mould or bacterial contamination that may have got in when innoculating, or may have been in your spore syringe. You can often get away with very small areas like this, especially if you top-case rather than birth the cakes, but if there is a lot of mould it may prevent successful fruiting.
Edited to add: I bet those Mycopots weren't cheap. You can learn to make "PF Tek" (which is pretty much what those mycopots are) inexpensively, so that when things go bad (which they sometimes do in this hobby) at least you're not losing a small fortune on materials!

I think the blue or black spots your referring to are the growth media that was in the pot pre inoculation as they've slowly been turning white...

Hopefully that's what those areas are. I'd give them another week and see if they finish up or not. Then you can maybe open one and give a *cautious* sniff to see if it smells mushroomy or bad! Did you use a SAB to inoculate them in?
I looked into those Mycopots when I started growing, damn they are expensive. Like £15 each pot? Once you have suitable jars or pots you can reuse, they are pennies to make yourself with brown rice flour and vermiculite.
