Started with kit. I know after reading things here I should not have.
Trying to salvage but not to sure where to go.
Started in rye bag. Fully colonized. Transfered to cow poop (came with kit) in stupid kit growing chamber. Lots of humidity. 75 degrees constant. Growing chamber picks 10 days apart. What should I do?

That actually looks pretty good man.
It needs more air though that’s why the pins are stretched out. I’d maybe poke a few pin holes towards the top of the bag.
Besides that the myc looks really healthy.

Whats your FC look like? Pumps and humidifiers and all that stuff that came with the kit? I'm about to birth my second attempt at PF jars after I made the same mistake of buying a grow kit a few months ago, and converting the swampy suffocating box it came with into a SGFC. We'll see if it does a better job this go around. But depending on what your kit setup is (I know youre doing bulk, not jars, but still) from what ive read, the pumps and humidifiers are what suck about the kits and we just need to make sure we get good fresh air exchange and evaporation wile still keeping substrate/pins/fruits moist. I'm not an expert by any means but from what all the experts here have been saying, us noobs should ditch the electronic stuff and just be attentive with misting and fanning and FAE. Hope this helps, good luck bud!

They sent me a stupid plastic box that looks like a rectangle terrarium. Only vents are in top (I have them closed). How did you convert yours? What does yours look like? Look at middle pic above. That is from today. Does it look like I should start fruiting now?
Thanks.

I think that looks alright. If you're getting fruits, you can call it a success! Maybe they need a little more air or light. For fruiting I spawn to a plastic lidded tub, and (try to) leave it alone until it forms pins. You've got shrooms now so prepare to take prints from them and plan your next grow that doesn't rely on expensive kits!

I turned mine into a shotgun fruiting chamber by putting 1/4" holes 2 inches apart on all six sides, but thats not what you want for what you're doing. And inc8dentally, after reading more the past few days, t seems maybe I jumped the gun and shouldn't have done it either. Idk. Ive reached out in a post of my own for some help figuring out what to do. Sorry I couldnt be more help, being a noob mysepf. Your myc does look plreally good though from what ive seen of others! Good luck bud!

Nothing wrong with plastic tubs. I use 6qt tubs with no modification. Just leave the lids on and introduce lighting on a 12/12 cycle right from the beginning. That's what has been working for me. From what I can tell you are looking good. Maybe a better picture of your tub but nothing looks worrying to me.
This is what my shoebox looked like after a couple of days from spawning.
The results from that grow are the pictures in my sig (first flush)
What exactly are you worried about? I would just say give it time and you going to be a happy camper! Your looking good and good luck!
