Habitat:
Found at a border of a forest path, hidden in a grass, close to a stone. I would say it was directly on soil, but there was much dead/old grass debris underneath, and some wood/bush roots around. Elevation where it was is about 1500 m, day temps ~12-15 C, slight rain the day before it was found. I should take more pictures while there, but I was rushing to get back in time and was already tired.

Gills:
Brownish color, maybe adnate?, hard for me to tell.

Stem:
Length about 8-10 cm, diameter ~5-6 mm, whitish up top, slightly ticker close to cap, seems solid (not hollow)

Cap:
Diameter about 3-4 cm, campanulate?. Now, when dry, it is whitish, with little pale yellow tone. Slight bluish-green stains visible on the cap. When it was found it was not visible, and the color can be seen on the pics.

Spore print color:
Spore print was very faint, but it seems to be brownish, with slight purplish tone.

I've made some pics of the spores with my amateur scope. Since spores were in a drop
of water they wandered around and it was hard to focus them. Also, there is chromatic abberation on most pics. I don't know if they are of any use, but I am including them also.

Bruising:
Stem bruises blue, also slightly visible on the cap when it dried overnight.

Other information:
Scent I would say is not distinctive, just as typical mushroom.

Very interesting. I can't say it looks like any known species to me, but it is possibly somewhat weatherbeaten and might be atypical.
I see you already uploaded it on MO and donjohnson420 suggests Psilocybe serbica. My first thought as well, but it would help
to know if it could possibly have grown from wood. Do you find Psilocybe semilanceata at all in this region?

I've been yesterday at that place trying to find some P.semilanceatas on mountain meadows.
In Bulgaria libs are known to prefer high altitude, I've been told at or above 1500 m.
So, I chose this place in Stara Planina, because it is closest to me (~200 kms) compared to Rila, Pirin and Phodope, and I can get there and go back in just one day.
Found nothing resembling libs unfortunately, except this small mushroom, I posted it on MO:
https://mushroomobserver.org/435862?q=1W4NR
Not sure what this is, does not look like a lib, could it be P.pelliculosa?
It was single mushroom, deep in the grass, cap has gelatinous pellicle.

On the way back down from the mountain, I had to pass through meadows and mixed forests.
I was tired and disappointed that my lib hunt bring nothing. Then I saw this on the border between forest and meadow, near the footpath, hiding close to a stone. Pretty sure there was no wood under, except maybe for some thin roots around, but the mushroom was not on them.
There was only some grass around, and beneath soil and a lot of dead/old leaves and grass.

I always thought that P.serbica and P.cyanescens should grow in Bulgaria, but never heard of
anyone found them. If they exists they must be pretty rare.

So I don't know what is this exactly, but if it's really P.serbica it is really dream come true for me.

Here is one more pic of gills closeup I did this morning:

Interesting mushroom. I only hunt for p. serbicas so I'm pretty familiar with them (I have quite a few photos of them in my threads if you want to take a look). If this is p. serbica then it's a pretty weird looking specimen, but I don't think it's completely out of question that this could be p. serbica. Especially if you're confident that there is bruising present.

P.serbicas are incredibly morphologically varied mushrooms, even multiple specimens picked in the same area can look very different from one another. It sounds like you should go back to the exact place where you found this mushroom and look around in the nearby forest to see if you can find others. They generally grow on the edge of the forest in areas with plenty of dead wood on the ground. If you see a pile of dead branches for example that's a perfect spot for p.serbica.

Thank you, I will take a look at your threads, serbica is one of the most intriguing species for me. I definitely plan to go back when time (and if the weather) allows. There is a lot of forest felling close to that place, started sooner this year, if that matters. Also lot of dead woods, shady/wet/moist locations with moss on them too. Two days ago there was slight rain, so I decided to visit the place on the next day. The forest was moist, but grass on the meadows looked a bit dry.

The more I look at your pictures the more confident I am that you have a p. serbica. Not 100% sure though.

Here is a p.serbica I found last year that looks a lot like yours:

If you found 1 then there are bound to be others out there. Finding the 1st one is always the hard part. Once you have found 1 you can be sure that you're looking in the right place and then it's just a matter of time before you find more. If you can find other specimens we should be able to confirm if they are p. serbica.

Also, once the mushroom has fully dried post another picture of it here please.

Yep, yours look pretty similar. I only hope the weather will allow to visit soon that place again soon. It would be great to find some more.
I could send the print to someone for proper identification, I've read Jan Borovicka is specialist on these. I could also try to germinate them on agar (I never did it btw) and if it works to try outdoor patches in my area, will that work?

I will post some pics of it tomorrow, will let it dry a bit more.

Today I visited that very same place, just got back home. The forest was full of mushrooms. Temperature at the place was around 5-6 deg. C, very humid, foggy.
Lots of woodlover mushrooms, but found nothing resembling even slightly P. serbica. Found some mushrooms at the same place, very likely the same species. Not on wood, absolutely. Dead leaves and some grass around, grows from soil. Meanwhile my post on MO got another proposition - P. fimetaria. That could possibly be, I don't know. All mushrooms I found today were growing solitary, and their stems bruised blue very noticeably. Almost all were weather beaten. Some smaller specimens slightly resembling P.semilanceata, but not typical habitat, and generally bigger than libs. I am tired now, will post some pics tomorrow.

Sounds interesting, especially the part about the bruising stems. I look forward to seeing the pictures.

Oh man, those are some really interesting finds. I really hope some TI takes a stab at identifying these because I'm so curious.

It's psilocybe semilanceata what's the big deal about it?

You are 2nd one with this ID. On MO that mushroom transformed several times and landed again as a P.serbica. I don't know really.
