Mustards would have their own list of mustards, he has "mustard" near the top then "honey mustard" down below.  Is this a list of fast food condiment packets?

I'm going to vote mayo, very white guy answer. I started getting it as a side with fries at the pub and think its far superior to ketchup.

It depends on what you're eating. However, if I only had one condiment to use in my kitchen for eternity . . . I'd probably go with some peppered jam (i.e. Habanero Jam). Something sweet, spicy, and versatile in its application. Also it last a long time.
