Help Troubleshooting New Fruiting Room?

Update The answer to this ended up being light. I did not have enough, or the right temperature of light (~6000k). I upgrade the light to 6000k leds above each shelf. I never had this issue in the past because I always had sunlight in my fruiting area. Older trays and new ones I birthed all started fruiting soon after upgrading the light. Side note, the lights introduced additional heat which took some additional work to cool and balance humidity. Hope this helps anyone scouring the internet in the future.
Hi everyone, I recently just finished building my new fruiting room. I put the first round of trays in last week. None of them are pinning however 14 days after birth. I've been going over the factors and am hoping for some experienced input before I put the next round of test trays in, or mix any more. I'll try to be brief:
Specs Room dimensions: 6x4x4 RH of room 90%+ spawn is on rye with a long proven cube clone substrate ratio 2:1:1 hpoo:coco:verm spawn to sub ratio 1:1.5 one basic LED light strip temperature range of room 64-69 degrees f constant forced air intake low 24cfm constant exhaust low 24cfm
Description No visible signs of contamination or bacteria. Normal colonization times. Healthy myc. I dropped the RH a few days ago to encourage evaporation, and noticed a few very stalled pins come up on one tray. Then increased the RH back.
What's the same since I last fruited in mono tubs? The spawn, the sub ratios, the coco, the verm, the cube clone, the colonization and fruiting temperatures, the water used.
What's new The room itself. The horse poo. The trays. The quantity of spawn mix used. My Thoughts 1. Not enough FAE. Perhaps the forced air is not enough for this size room. Or not enough circulation within the room. 2. The new horse poo comes from some local stables and contains a moderate amount of horse bedding. This is very likely pine, and did not affect colonization. Maybe is affecting fruiting though. 3. The water content of the sub. I broke up one tray to feel its water level and it seemed fine. I dunked another to see if hydration would help, 2 days later it showed a heavy metabolite response. No pins. 4. The RH. Maybe it is too high to encourage pinning and I should have left them colonizing longer before birthing them in fruiting conditions.
Does anyone have any other thoughts on this that could help? It is very much appreciated. Thank you!
