I fully admit Donald Trump is officially just fucking around and knows he's done.
I avoid most political discussion because I try to remain neutral so I can see straight through the bullshit, but this was such a clusterfuck to watch unfold between parties and the media.
With that said, HOWEVER:
Statistically we're overdue for a political assassination attempt, and actually I think whomever is next president is lined up to potentially have one based on past data, lol. I won't roll into conspiracy but this is info you can find even on Wikipedia about the pattern of presidential assassination attempts; it's kind of compelling.

With both Obama and Trump a lot of people speculated that they would be assassinated. Maybe the Secret Service are pretty good at their job.
More likely Biden dies of natural causes in office I think. He's already going to be the oldest ever serving president, and he's outlived the current life expectancy for men in the US.
