What bags do I need to pasteurize coir?

I'd like to move away from Mason jars because it's a pain at scale. What sort of bags and importantly what size would I need? Any reputable vendors? I'm assuming just sealable boil bags?

I don't think anybody pasteurizes coir in jars.
I don't even use the bucket tek anymore with boiling water. Hot tap water works. Use a cooler if you want to expand more than 1 brick at a time. Or a large rubbermaid tote for the 5kg bricks

If you're doing the pasteurizing in a pot of boiling water, then gallon-sized ziploc freezer bags work just fine.

Oh no people do...which they shouldn't
Coir substrates do not need pasteurization, but if you decide to for other substrates that do need it any vessel that can withstand pasteurization temps will work as long as the heat can penetrate to the core of the substrate material.
I've used Reynolds Oven Bags in the past for hobby sized substrate....they're super cheap and they get the job done.

So you're saying my usual of running jars of coir for 15 minutes in the pc is bad practice? coir comes laden with trich sometimes so thats why I started to do it that way. What should I be doing then? I tried the bucket and adding boiling water every so often but that round triched out which I am totally willing to blame on bad spawn as I went about those jars in a bad way.

I run on farm mode. I only use straight hot tap water, mine comes out at 160f since I got an energy efficient one and can crank it up. I Never boil water any more. If your spawn is clean, even a slight bit bacterial, you should be fine so long as you don't over hydrate the sub.

If you're adding worm castings it's not what I consider a true coir substrate (my bad on not being more specific) Coir and Coir verm mix does not need to be pasteurized or sterilized for that matter.
@Myc_Hunt I've actually read on this forum that sterilizing coir will promote trich growth. Trich is probably in your spawn and when you sterilize the coir you're just giving trich more opportunity to thrive. Clean spawn is really the key to prevention.
