That’s what I was thinking. That’s what you use? I’m like OCD about getting my WSB super clean, and it takes about 20-25min for 7 quart jars.

Nobody does it like me 1 cup wheat 1 cup water 1cup vermiculite
Cook in mushroom grow bags hour and a half 15 psi let cool and inoculate in front of flowhood After bags are fully colonized take out put in greenhouse enjoy mushrooms
No grain prep no soaking no extra steps other than what I’ve said
Close bags up like this before you cook and leave them like this to colonize

My martha set up Light on 24/7 80° Humidity on for 15 minutes off for 1/2 hour

Some of my all wheat grows

I don’t recall seeing people cook in bags, interesting. Am I really wasting time rinsing these so much? I guess I could just do a quick rinse, and rather than letting the WSB sit for 18-24HR I could use a fooman tek... I just hate change but my way is too much.
Trip, you just put hot water in, strain floaters, and dump it looks like? Your water is definitely still dirty, but maby that doesn’t matter?

when I use wbs I boil a big pot of water, once boiling turn off stove and move to cold burner. Dump in ~5 quarts wbs. I stir like 5 min later because the still hot bottom of the pot can burst some grains. I wait 30-90 min depending on which brand of wbs I used. Then I dump out water by holding the lid onto pot because I dont have a strainer, load into jars done.
no rise, no drying, no soaking, no simmer, use 100% no waste.
With 2 prestos I easily get a 50lb bag done in a day maybe 2 if i am lazy
~10 min work, ~40min waiting for about 10 jars.
-------------------- Don't listen to anything I say, I'm likely 10 grams deep at this very moment
