As the title says ladies and gentlemen... Is my mono ready to fruit? Please drop some wisdom. Photos taken through the mono, so they not amazing but should be fine:)

Looking good to me. Not even sure if they still recommend this but I remember the wisdom back in the day was let it consolidate for a week after full colonization before fruiting, in general consolidation might be good for potency, in jars too, but thats just an idea, I suppose you can fruit at full colonization as is clear on the pics.

The week+ consolidation is for BRF cakes. If they’re healthy and not stalling in places, they usually won’t start pinning until 7-10 days after 100%. So instead of the cake being exposed and losing moisture while nothing external is happening you just keep it in the jar.

For grain spawn you just spawn it or g2g at 100%. And with bulk sub a lot of people just spawn the tubs and go right into fruiting conditions. Tubs hold moisture well and the sub will fruit as soon as it’s ready (usually quicker than if you had kept it sealed up until 100%, according to current cult wisdom)

And no matter what method you subscribe to you can always open the lid for a proper pic ; )
